We’re an independent property agency covering Mold and the surrounding CH7 and CH8 areas. We deliberately keep our portfolio small, allowing every client to benefit from direct director involvement throughout the process — from initial valuation and strategy through to negotiation and completion. No call centres. No passing your property from one negotiator to another. Just a consistent, experienced point of contact from start to finish.
That personal approach is underpinned by genuine industry experience. Our Director holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Valuation and Management and has been a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1996, bringing 35 years of experience across residential sales and lettings, valuations, land and development, new homes, commercial property, auctions, investment and property management.
That breadth of experience matters. It means we’ve encountered a wide range of markets, properties and challenges — and have the knowledge to approach each one with confidence, perspective and commercial judgement.
Above all, we believe in honest, commercially grounded advice. We won’t flatter you with an unrealistic valuation simply to win your instruction, or make promises we can’t keep. We’ll tell you what we genuinely believe your property is worth, how we would position it in the market and what we believe will give you the strongest chance of achieving the right result.
